Zucchini Spaghetti

an all time favorite am I right?

But all that pasta has my like....

but it's so dang good that you can't just do with one plate.
Which is BAD for this carb-aholic!

So I gave this bad boy a little face lift around here and it is a big hit!!!

I first swapped out the ground beef for ground turkey a few years a go and switched
to wheat pasta but now that I started shopping regularly at Costco I have moved onto some organic sauce, pasta and zucchini and to replace my noodles.

The family loves it, I do too!
Especially swapping out the noddles for Zucchini noodles instead.

I found this great little tool at Walmart for like $15 called the Vegettie!
I flipping love this little guy!

So easy to use and I actually had the idea to take a shredder to some carrots...also organic ;)
Seriously this would be even more delicious with some mushrooms and even celery!
On my list for next time for sure.

Here is what you'll need to recreate this:

Spaghetti Noodles
Spaghetti Sauce
Ground Turkey
Vegettie or cheese shredder even peeler can work
Coconut Oil
Any other Veggies of choice

Easy Peasy Dolls, start cooking your ground turkey or beef.
This is where I add the garlic, fresh, powder, in a jar whatever you got. I dice some onions slices very finely and sprinkle them in there too for some added flavor.

The spaghetti sauce I use is also from Costco.
Feel free to make your own homemade but this is a huge time saver for this mama!

This is where you can choose to cook either noodles or use the Vegettie to make come Zoodles!
I use about 1tsp of coconut oil on a warm skillet and saute the zoodles for a few minutes.
Not too long, i don't want them to get too soft.
This is where I took a cheese shredder and shredded some carrots.
Seriously like 5 minutes or so.

That's it guys, once your meat is done, add the sauce & bring to a low simmer.
I place it on top of the noodles or zoodles and literally lick my plate clean each time!

Hope you enjoy! Please like, comment and share the love!

Don't forget to tag me on Instagram or Facebook if you decide to try this out.

I promise it'll be delish!
