Kickstart the New Year with a Healthier You!

The toughest days of the year when it comes to proper nutrition and exercise are the 3 weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas! You're not going to let those days get the best of you, right? Why take two steps backwards?

I'm not saying that you can't have your favorite holiday goodies but what I am saying is what goals do you have for yourself? Don't hold yourself back from accomplishing them...or wait for the "New Year" to do something about it.

Let go of the excuses and Kick-start the New Year NOW!!

There is enough on our plate and with the holidays it adds to the daily stresses.
 Gifts to buy, parties to attend and with stress we tend to cut back on taking time for ourselves such as exercise and eating right. This makes you less patient, gives you less energy. 

So the best thing is to do something NOW not wait until the new year.
 Do something that will restore you, your creativity, your energy, patience and your body. 

Lets get results over the holidays, and commit to taking care of yourself so you can commit to taking care of other people.
