Happy & Healthier Me in 7 Days Challenge Group

It's Labor Day Weekend and I know the last thing you are thinking about is eating healthy or even getting a workout in...I know the struggle.  But over the last couple of days I've been working on ways to help make my challengers build healthier habits they can stick to their goals for the long term.  Whether it was proper time management, motivation or just lack of knowledge I realized that what may work for me may not work for you.  I share my journey through Facebook and here on my blog in the hopes that it can be helpful to anyone who just needs a little more help and guidance to get started on their own health and fitness journey.   After all, it was stumbling upon blog after blog of transformation stories of real moms push I needed to just take a leap of faith and give myself another chance.  

The truth of the matter is that YOU and only YOU have the power to make the healthy decisions you feel are best for you and your family.  I can only show you what has worked for me and hope that along the way it inspires you to not give up and take your health for granted.   

So, I reset my focus and found an amazing 7 day meal plan that you can download directly to your phone or computer.  Filled with tons of helpful information, recipes, guides, easy to follow workouts and I have put together a challenge group for accountability for those 7 days to help you stay on top of your goals!  

What will be be doing in this challenge?
We will eat healthy whole foods, do short HIIT and Tabata workouts and work on a little personal development because who doesn't want to better themselves and their relationships?
