Steak Fajita Roll Ups

Steak Fajita Roll Ups! 

What you will need:

Flank Steak, thinly sliced 
1 Lemon for marinade
1/2 tsp Garlic
1/2 tsp Salt ( a pinch)
Sliced Bell Peppers 
Sliced Onions

Step 1.  Cut up your steak into strips about 1-1.5 inches X 3inches, place in a bowl with a sprinkle of salt, lemon juice and garlic.  I use a whole lemon for the steak to marinate in. 

Step 2. Slice up your bell peppers and onions like you see below.

Step 3. Roll up those veggies with the meat and use a toothpick to secure those bad boys into place

Step 4. Spray your skillet with Pam and cook fajita rolls on low to medium heat.  I sprinkle a bit more lemon while they cook.  Rotate, flip whatever you need to do to cook evenly on all sides. and Enjoy.  You can pair them with rice and beans or a small side salad.
